ABOUT THE HOTEL

Play and stay at Cabot Bordeaux, the new name for Golf du Medoc Resort, in south west France. This ticks all the boxes for a classic French golf holiday, combining two superb European Top 100 courses and good accommodation. It is easy to reach either via Bordeaux Airport or self-drive through France.

Just 30 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux, Cabot Bordeaux is one of the most comprehensive golf destinations in France. All of this is in an exceptional and relaxing setting spread over 200 hectares with local restaurants, the world-famous vineyards and the 2015 European City Destination of the Year a short drive away.

Unsurprisingly a keen appreciation of wine is an important part of your play and stay golf holiday. The clubhouse food is hearty. Dinner, as you would expect in this area of France, a more elegant and refined affair. Though you are of course welcome to visit local vineyards when you can tear yourself away from the two superb onsite golf courses.
