Golf Holidays for Couples in Belek
Belek By The Golf Planet Holidays Team · Golf-travel specialists since 1981 · Published 2 June 2026 At a glance Is Belek good for couples where only one of us plays golf? Yes — it’s one of the easiest places in Europe to balance it. While one of you tees off at the Montgomerie Maxx […]
Booking a golf holiday as a couple usually means one of two outcomes: someone spends the week feeling like a golf widow, or the golfer spends it feeling guilty. Belek is the rare place that solves both. The courses are genuinely good enough to satisfy a keen player, and the resorts are indulgent enough that the non-golfer — or the golfer on a rest day — has every reason to stay put. We plan these trips so the golf never costs you the romance.
Why Belek works when only one of you lives for the game
Belek’s clever trick is that the golf and the good life sit on the same patch of Mediterranean coast. The courses are tucked into umbrella-pine forest minutes from the door, and the resorts behind them are some of the most lavish in the country — so the player can chase a Montgomerie or Carya tee time while the other reads by an infinity pool, books a hammam, or simply has a long, unhurried breakfast.
It’s also winter-sun reliable in the shoulder seasons. Spring and autumn give you warm, green, walkable courses and evenings made for dinner outside — the sort of trip where the golf is the anchor but never the whole point. Many of our couples mix two or three rounds across the week rather than playing daily, which leaves real time for the two of you.
The resorts and courses we'd put the two of you on
For pure show-stopping luxury we lean on Maxx Royal Belek, home to the Montgomerie Maxx Royal — a links-feel layout that plays like nothing else in the region — paired with a beach club and dining that keep a non-golfing partner thoroughly spoiled. Regnum Carya Golf & Spa sits right on the Carya course (the floodlit fairways are a genuine novelty) and has one of the best spas in Belek, which makes it our go-to for couples who weight things towards wellness.
Titanic Deluxe Golf Resort and Gloria Verde are wonderful all-rounders — superb food, generous grounds, and golf on the doorstep — while Sueno Hotel Deluxe and Voyage Belek bring relaxed, family-of-restaurants luxury with their own courses a buggy-ride away.
We match the resort to your balance: if one of you is golf-mad and the other isn’t, we’ll usually base you somewhere the spa and dining stand entirely on their own.
Where our specialists would stay in Belek
How we make it effortless for both of you
The point of using a specialist is that you don’t spend the run-up negotiating tee times against spa bookings. We sequence the week so rounds land on the mornings that suit the player, leaving afternoons and the best dinner reservations free — and we’ll happily build in a rest day where the golfer joins their partner at the beach club instead.
Buggies, club hire, a private airport transfer (around 35–45 minutes from Antalya), board basis and any spa or dining extras are all arranged before you travel, so there’s nothing to sort once you arrive. If you’d like a couples’ treatment after a round, or a quiet table on an anniversary, tell us and we’ll set it up.
One quote, one point of contact, both of you looked after.
Booking with confidence — and full ATOL protection
Every holiday we arrange is tailor-made, so the right next step is a short conversation rather than a checkout button. Tell us roughly when you’d like to travel, which resort style appeals and how much golf you each want, and we’ll come back with a considered itinerary and a clear, all-in price.
When you add flights through us your trip is ATOL-protected, so your money and your arrangements are secure from the moment you book. We hold a small number of the best rooms and tee times at the leading Belek resorts each season, so the earlier we talk, the more of the genuinely good options are still on the table.

Frequently asked questions
When is the best time to go to Belek as a couple?
April to early June and mid-September through November are ideal: warm but not fierce, courses in lovely condition, and evenings perfect for dining outside. Winter (December–February) is milder and quieter — fine for golf and spa days, though too cool for serious beach time.
What if only one of us plays — will the other be bored?
Not at Belek. Resorts like Regnum Carya, Maxx Royal and Gloria Verde have destination-grade spas, beach clubs, à-la-carte restaurants and shopping, so the non-golfer has a full day’s worth to enjoy while their partner plays — and you’re reunited by lunch.
How do flights, transfers and buggies work?
We can include flights (ATOL-protected) to Antalya, which is a 35–45 minute private transfer to the Belek resorts. Buggies are widely used given the forested layouts and warmth, and we arrange buggy and club hire alongside your tee times so nothing’s left to chance.
What's included in a couples' golf holiday here?
Typically your resort stay (often half-board or all-inclusive at the Belek hotels), your green fees and tee times, private transfers and, when you book them through us, flights. Spa treatments, club hire, buggies and special dinners are easily added — just tell us what you’d both like.
