Golf groups since 1981
Corporate & group golf, handled.
Taking the team away is a different job to booking for two. A company trip, a handful of colleagues, a client you want proper time with. The tee times have to line up, the rooms have to match, and one person always ends up carrying it. We take that part off your hands, so the days are about the golf, the long dinners and the conversations that never happen at the desk.
Plan your group trip →What we sort for your group
You make the calls. We do the legwork.
Group tee times
Blocked starts across one or more courses, so the whole group plays together in the order that suits you.
Group rates
Negotiated rates on rooms and green fees, priced to the pound for your exact numbers and nights.
One point of contact
A named specialist from first enquiry to the final putt. No call centre, no being passed around.
Transfers & buggies
Airport coaches, course transfers and buggies arranged, so nobody is working out logistics at 7am.
Flights, if you want them
ATOL-protected flights and airport transfers arranged alongside the golf, so the whole office travels together from the door to the first tee.
Non-golfers too
Spa, beach and sightseeing for partners and colleagues who would rather not play, priced alongside.
Where groups play
The coast, the courses, the crowd that fits.
The right destination depends on your budget, your dates and how far you want to go. For short flights and dependable weather, the Algarve in Portugal and mainland Spain are the easy choices for a few relaxed days with the team. For all-inclusive value where the bar bill is settled up front, Belek in Turkey is hard to beat. Would rather not fly? Belgium and northern France are a short drive or train away. And when a trip needs to feel special for a client or a reward, Marrakech and South Africa’s Cape Winelands are the ones people still talk about a year later.

Corporate & group golf, answered
How small can a group be?
There is no real minimum. Four colleagues, a dozen, or the whole department: we plan it the same way, around one named point of contact. Small office trips are some of our favourites.
Can you organise a golf trip for the office or a client?
Yes, and it is all we do: the holiday. We arrange the hotel, the golf, the transfers, and the flights if you want them, and we look after every detail on the ground so the group just turns up and plays. There are no competitions to run and no scorecards to chase. The point is the golf, the dinners and the time together.
Do you look after non-golfers in the group?
Yes. Spa, beach, sightseeing and group dinners are all part of the plan. Plenty of office trips travel with a few non-golfers, and we price their rooms and extras alongside the golfers.
How does the booking and payment work?
One quote, one invoice and one point of contact. We can split the rooming list and collect names as you confirm them, and your money is held in trust through PTS until you travel.
Which destinations work best for an office or group trip?
The Algarve and mainland Spain for short flights and dependable weather. Belek in Turkey for all-inclusive value where the bill is settled up front. Belgium and northern France if you would rather not fly. Marrakech or South Africa's Cape Winelands when it needs to feel special for a client or a reward.
How far ahead should we book?
The popular months (April to June, September and October) and larger groups tend to book six to twelve months out. Smaller groups we can often place closer in.
