Golf groups since 1981
Corporate & group golf, handled.
Planning golf for a group is a different job to booking for two. A company trip, a society tour, a corporate golf day abroad: the tee times have to line up, the rooms have to match, and one person ends up carrying it all. That is the part we take off your hands.
Plan your group trip →What we sort for your group
You make the calls. We do the legwork.
Group tee times
Blocked starts across one or more courses, with a balanced draw so the right people play together.
Group rates
Negotiated rates on rooms and green fees, priced to the pound for your exact numbers and nights.
One point of contact
A named specialist from first enquiry to the final putt. No call centre, no being passed around.
Transfers & buggies
Airport coaches, course transfers and buggies arranged, so nobody is working out logistics at 7am.
Prizes & format
Stableford, betterball, a Ryder Cup format for the corporate day: we help set it up and sort the prizes.
Non-golfers too
Spa, beach and sightseeing for partners and colleagues who would rather not play, priced alongside.
Where groups play
The coast, the courses, the crowd that fits.
The right destination depends on your budget, your dates and how serious the golf is. For short flights and dependable weather, the Algarve in Portugal and mainland Spain are the societies’ favourites. For all-inclusive value on championship courses, Belek in Turkey is hard to beat. For something different, Italy and Greece reward a group that wants a trip to remember, and South Africa suits a bigger, bucket-list tour.

Corporate & group golf, answered
How many golfers make a group booking?
From around eight upwards we treat it as a group, with group tee times and one point of contact. Societies of 16 to 40 and corporate days of 12 to 60 are our bread and butter, and we are happy to plan larger society tours too.
Can you organise a corporate golf day abroad?
Yes. We arrange the golf side of company trips and incentive days: tee times across one or more courses, a balanced draw, buggies, prizes and on-course catering where the venue offers it. You brief us once and we handle the course logistics.
Do you look after non-golfers in the group?
Yes. Spa, beach, sightseeing and group dinners are all part of the plan. Plenty of group trips travel with a few non-golfers, and we price their rooms and extras alongside the golfers.
How does billing work for a group?
One quote, one invoice and one point of contact. We can split the rooming list and collect names as you confirm them, and your money is held in trust through PTS until you travel.
Which destinations suit golf societies and corporate groups?
The Algarve and mainland Spain for reliability and short flights, Turkey (Belek) for all-inclusive value, Italy and Greece for something different, and South Africa for a bigger trip. We match the destination to your budget, dates and standard of golf.
How far ahead should we book a group golf trip?
The popular months (April to June and September to October) and larger groups tend to book six to twelve months out. We can often still place smaller groups closer in, but tee times for 20-plus golfers go early.
