In the south of Gran Canaria, the entrance to this well-run five-star hotel takes you through expansive tropical gardens with about 800 palm trees, sheltering an impressive collection of swimming pools. There are more than 1,000 bedrooms with sea, mountain or garden views. All are well appointed and decorated in warm colours. You can choose from the numerous bars and restaurants or you can wander into the attractive town before returning to the evening's entertainment on the large garden plaza.
