About La Cala – Campo Asia Golf Course
Campo Asia golf course at La Cala is an excellent test of your accuracy. Campo Asia is the oldest of three courses and much respected. The holes may be on the short side but positioning is everything as you target the narrow, plateau fairways to avoid the dense vegetation. You can't afford to drop your concentration at any hole, save your relaxation for the clubhouse.

Our take
Short does not mean soft at Campo Asia, where narrow plateau fairways and thick vegetation either side make the oldest La Cala course its sternest accuracy test.
- Serious golfersLeave the driver in the bag more often than pride suggests. The holes are short by resort standards but the plateau fairways are narrow, and anything loose disappears into vegetation you will not be playing out of.
- Higher handicapsIf your miss is wide this course will cost you golf balls, but the walking is flat and easy and the yardage is kind, so a patient game plan gets round intact.
- SocietiesThe oldest and most respected of the three La Cala courses, and the flat walk makes it the sensible first morning before America's hills. The clubhouse restaurant takes care of the debrief afterwards.
