Korineum Golf Club, North Cyprus

Korineum is a gorgeous golf course cut through an olive orchard and lined by carob and pine trees.   The backdrop is equally stunning as it’s all framed by the Mediterranean and a mountain range.

As a test of golf Korineum goes from nice to testing depending on the tees you choose and how many of the many bunkers you find yourself in.

Also in play are some water hazards but these should not trouble half-decent shots. When the reach the greens you’ll find the speed might cause a three-putt or two.

The course is beautifully presented throughout the year and there are electric buggies if the undulating ground is not to your fancy.
