This is the sociable end of Tenerife, and it is all on foot. Puerto Colón marina and the sand at Playa La Pinta are 400 metres away, and there are well over a hundred restaurants and 80-odd bars within walking distance. Siam Park is 600 metres from the door, the Casino Playa de las Americas a touch nearer, and the Royal Delfin catamaran sails from within half a kilometre. Worth knowing: this stretch is lively after dark, so if your group prefers quiet nightcaps, say so. Tell us who's coming and we'll pick the base that fits your group's evenings.
