About Delta Hotels by Marriott St. Pierre Country Club
Play and stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott St. Pierre Country Club at Chepstow, South Wales. Surrounded by 400 acres of parkland the hotel is set in an historic manor home in Chepstow. The luxury bedrooms are beautifully decorated with flat-screen TVs and 24 hour room service. Dine in the hotel's Cast Iron Bar and Grill or enjoy a meal out at the many good restaurants nearby. The Beauty Rooms Spa offers a range of relaxing treatment and there's an indoor pool and gym to enjoy.
The St Pierre Old course is a well-maintained Championship course, designed around an 11-acre lake. Watch out for the 400-year-old chestnut tree on the second fairway and the 18th is the Signature hole, requiring a precision shot from the tee over the edge of the lake to a challenging raised green. There's a par 68 second course to enjoy too.

Does the hotel have a golf course on site?
Yes. The St Pierre Old course is on site, so you play and stay in one place. The hotel is an historic manor house set in 400 acres of parkland at Chepstow in South Wales. Green fees are built into our packages, so the golf is already priced in when you enquire.
Is St Pierre worth it for a golf break?
For a short play-and-stay break in South Wales, yes. Golf on site, a manor-house setting, a spa, indoor pool and gym make it an easy two or three days, and non-playing partners have plenty to do. It is less suited to golfers chasing several different courses in one trip, though your specialist can build extra rounds elsewhere around your dates.

What is there to do at the hotel besides golf?
A fair amount. The Beauty Rooms Spa runs a range of treatments, there is an indoor pool and a gym, and the Cast Iron Bar and Grill covers dinner without leaving the hotel. Plenty of good restaurants sit nearby if you want a change, and Mathern is under a kilometre away. Rooms have flat-screen TVs and 24 hour room service.
Do I need transfers or a car for this trip?
Not for the golf itself, since the Old course is on the hotel grounds. If you add rounds at other courses, your specialist arranges the transfers between the hotel and each course for you. Just tell us how you plan to travel when you enquire and the itinerary gets built around your dates and route.
