ABOUT THE RESORT

Park the car up and enjoy the superb golf experience at Vale Resort in Pontyclun, near Cardiff. The resort has two championship golf courses, tennis and squash resorts, a large swimming pool, spa and gym. The 143 luxury bedrooms and great food and bar complete a very attractive picture. Both golf courses have hosted PGA professional championships. The award winning par 73 Wales National is one of the longest golf courses outside the United States at 7,433 yards. Opened in 2003 it has already played host to several European Challenge Tour and Senior Tour events as well as the PGA Europro Tour. The par 72 Lake course is a real contrast with water on 12 of the immaculate holes. It’s a tough start with a par 3 in full view of the hotel.
