Les Bordes, Les Bordes, Les Bordes. Every golfer worth their salt has heard of it and some have played it. Rated the best course in Europe for many years, Les Bordes was the brainchild of Baron Bich, the man behind Bic pens and his friend Yoshiaki Sakurai. Designed by Robert on Hagge, it does have a slight American feel to it, but the scenery is definitely French. It is ultra-exclusive but we will always do our very best to get you a tee-time here. It’s very existence has meant other golf courses in the Loire Valley have upped their game, particularly nearby Les Aisses.
