The Grand Hotel de Solesmes hits the mark for countryside comfort every time. It’s been a hotel for nearly 200 years and has long been known for its gourmet cuisine. Family-owned for several generations, the dedicated team run the 32 bedrooms, bar and renowned restaurant with a passion.
Just yards from the Sarthe River and the Abbaye Saint-Pierre de Solesmes and Abbaye Sainte Cecile, the hotel is well-placed to explore the little town and beyond to the attractive Sarthe countryside. The great golf course of Sable-Solesmes is close by and a stay at this hotel is a deserved treat after a good round here.
