About Parador El Saler Hotel
Play and stay at this modern parador with the excellent El Saler golf course on site. The parador is of contemporary design, with spacious bedrooms, some with sea view. There's a relaxing spa and large outdoor pool. Paradors are owned by the Spanish government to ensure sustained heritage, employment and tourism – as such, they’re very good value and well-run.
The highly rated golf course was designed in Javier Arana and opened in 1968. The design pays homage to the surrounding landscape of the El Saler Natural Park. It runs through different environmental settings from beach links to areas of Mediterranean Forest. A long and challenging course, no two consecutive holes at El Saler run in the same direction, so you must adapt your game to take in the prevailing wind. Every single hole deserves its place on the scorecard. El Saler is rated in the top five in Europe and is much admired by serious golfers, professionals and amateurs alike.
