It is easy to get around in Bulgaria?

We recommend arranging private transfers for your golf course visits, which we include in all Bulgaria packages. This is the most convenient option and avoids any logistical uncertainty. Taxis are widely available and very affordable by UK standards. If you prefer independence, hire cars are available at Varna and Sofia airports. Most of Bulgaria's top golf courses — Thracian Cliffs, BlackSeaRama and Cape Kaliakra — are within 20–30 minutes of each other on the Black Sea coast, making logistics simple.

Is Bulgaria good for groups?

Where should I play golf in Bulgaria?

Bulgaria's best golf is concentrated on the Black Sea coast near Kavarna, where three world-class courses sit within 20 minutes of each other: Thracian Cliffs, Cape Kaliakra and BlackSeaRama. Thracian Cliffs consistently ranks among Europe's top courses — a dramatic clifftop links with Black Sea views that would look at home in Scotland. We recommend playing all three over a 5-7 night stay. Sofia also has excellent parkland golf if you prefer a city break combination.
