About La Bagnaia Golf & Spa Resort
Nestling in the Tuscan countryside La Bagnaia Golf & Spa Resort Siena is a luxury escape. There are 100 elegant bedrooms across the substantial estate. While there is plenty to see and do in the region there is lots to keep you occupied within the resort.
There's an outdoor swimming pool, an extensive wellness centre, an 18 hole golf course and immaculate gardens. You can also enjoy a choice of dining options. Visit the famous medieval villages and towns, including Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and San Galgano. Spare a day or two to visit the wine regions, with Chianti in the north and Val d'Orcia in the south.
Robert Trent Jones designed the outstanding golf course on site. Spread over 130 hectares the well-maintained course blends perfectly into the Tuscan landscape. Described as an inland links, the gently rolling hills of Siena are the perfect landscape for undulating fairways and challenging rough. There's barely a tree in sight and there are lakes throughout the course and a beautiful clubhouse where you can while away the afternoon over a glass of Chianti.
